I had a good conversation with Ryan Razooky. Some of you may know him as R2bball. We were talking about administration and software and it made me really think on the way he has his basketball training business set up for his membership plans. Price, quantity of trainees, and quality of training are very important. Usually, it’s hard to give all three, but I think Ryan and many others have all three and it is working really well for them.
